Ordering Online
Browse the site and add items to your basket. At checkout, you can either check out as a guest or create an account to track your order and speed up future purchases — whichever suits you. Pay by credit or debit card, or PayPal. If you're not sure which product is right for your project, contact our team by phone, email or the contact form before you order — we're glad to help you choose.
Ordering by Phone
Call our customer service team on 020 8830 9785 to place an order directly, ask about stock availability, or get advice on which product suits your specific floor. This is often the quickest route if you have questions that need answering before you commit to an order.
Visiting Our Showroom
Our showroom is at 158 Coles Green Road, London, NW2 7HW, where you can see products from Bona, Kährs, Osmo, Junckers, Morrells, QuickStep and more in person before buying, and get advice from our team on-site.

Monday–Friday: 7:30am–5:30pm
Saturday: 7:30am–4:00pm
